If homosexuality cannot be overcome, we have no business forbidding its practice; or so the argument goes. Then the same interpretive methods which when applied to women’s ordination open the way, will certainly be used also to de-categorize homosexual practice as sin. Lee Roy Holmes looks at the problem. There is not one text in the Bible which forbids the ordination of women; but there more than enough against homosexuality.
If you accept the Bible, you understand that homosexuality is a sin, and anyone wants to be saved in God’s Kingdom, must repent of this sin ,and all other sins, big and small.
